Un-Instructed Activities

Archery

Archery is an UN-INSTRUCTED activity. This means that your group leaders will run this activity.

Our staff will set up the equipment and provide an information pack on running Archery. 

Please note that sometimes we will have 2 groups using the archery equipment. Each group will have 2 targets with 2 bows and arrows.

Burma Trail

The Burma Trail is an UN-INSTRUCTED activity. This means that your group leaders will run this activity.

The Burma Trail is a rope trail set up through the bush. It runs over logs and around trees to create an obstacle course. This activity is designed to be run at night.

Confidence Course

The Confidence Course is an UN-INSTRUCTED activity. This means that your group leaders will run this activity.

The Confidence Course is a competitive and challenging activity that can be run as a race between two participants or two teams.

Please bring a pen and stop watch with you.

Frisbee Golf

Frisbee Golf is an UN-INSTRUCTED activity. This means that your group leaders will run this activity.

Frisbee Golf is played like traditional “ball” golf, but with flying discs instead of balls and clubs. One point (stroke) is counted each time the disc is thrown and when a penalty is incurred. The goal is to play each hole in the fewest strokes possible. The player with the lowest total strokes for the entire course wins.

Nerf Wars

Nerf Wars is an UN-INSTRUCTED activity. This means that your group leaders will run this activity.

A Nerf war is an activity involving Nerf Blasters or other foam-firing toy weapons. Nerf wars can be a wide range of games, from informal shootouts between teams to well-organized outdoor battles.

Orienteering

Orienteering is an UN-INSTRUCTED activity. This means that your group leaders will run this activity.
 

This is an individual cross-country running sport which involves map reading in unfamiliar terrain. Unlike a running/walking race/event, there are no tapes/signs telling you where to go - you will need to read the maps for directions. Our staff will provide maps and instructions.

Rope Maze

The rope maze is a multi person activity that can be used as either a team activity or an individual competitive activity.

Team Building

Team Building is an UN-INSTRUCTED activity. This means that your group leaders will run these activities. Our staff will set up the equipment and provide an information pack on running each Team Building activity.

Top Team

Top Team is an UN-INSTRUCTED activity. This means that your group leaders will run this activity.

Top Team works best with a large group split into smaller groups which compete against each other. When working on your programme you could do this activity as a combined group.
