Bookings Procedure
All applications to occupy and use the Park must be sent to the Park on the forms provided, with a deposit in accordance with the Current Tariffs at the time of application.
The Park Administration reserves the right to decline any application.

Tui Ridge Park reserves the right to book additional groups into facilities that are not booked by your group. Tui Ridge will do this in full consultation with each group. Additional bookings will be made with the age, culture and needs of the other clients in mind. If arranged in advance an exclusive booking for your group may be possible. Exclusive bookings will incur a minimum booking value of $25,000 per week.
Tui Ridge Park must be advised of any booking cancellations. The following cancellation fees will apply:

When cancellations are received from the occupier - Your deposit will be forfeited

If cancellations are initiated by Tui Ridge Park –Your deposit will be refunded 100%
In the event of a natural disaster, destruction of the facilities by fire, or other mitigating circumstances, the Park Administration reserves the right to cancel any booking granted at any time prior to occupation of the Park by the Client. In this event the Park undertakes to return in full the deposit paid by the Client. The Park accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss suffered by the Client as a result of any cancellation.
